Texas Licensed Process Engineer

Supporting operational excellence initiatives, the full-time Texas Licensed Process Engineer will develop and implement comprehensive engineering strategies, assist in equipment integrity management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, with remote work options available. Key responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive Process Engineering strategy aligned with the company's long-term goals Support integrity management of critical equipment through periodic reviews and maintenance planning Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to troubleshoot operational issues and optimize processes for efficiency and safety Required qualifications Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field Experience in process development, optimization, and safety management within a chemical or industrial environment Strong understanding of process safety, equipment integrity, and regulatory compliance Ability to analyze process data, identify trends, and implement improvements Excellent communication and teamwork skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
