Business Schools and Computer and Management TrainingManagement, Scientific, and Technical Consulting ServicesVocational Rehabilitation ServicesTimber Tract OperationsOther Investment Pools and FundsJob Description:Client-facing healthcare experience (e.g., in operational or clinical context)Experience utilizing traditional consulting methodologies and tools on a range of non-technology implementation programs (e.g., people and process change complimented by technology enhancement)Proven experience engaging with and presenting to a range of stakeholders from C-Suite/executives to operational-level across multiple industries / project contextsExperience executing projects using standard engagement methodology (SEM), such as RACI, stakeholder mapping, ADKAR, best practice performance management, etc.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement: Leverage your client-facing healthcare experience to cultivate and strengthen partnerships with stakeholders across various levels within healthcare organizations, from C-suite executives to operational teams.Consulting Expertise: Employ traditional consulting methodologies and tools (e.g. diagnostics, as-is and to-be mapping) to effectively manage a variety of non-technology implementation programs. Your focus will be on facilitating people and process transformations while strategically enhancing technology solutions to foster sustainable improvement.Stakeholder Interaction: Utilize your proven communication skills to engage and present complex concepts clearly and persuasively to a diverse audience of stakeholders across multiple project contexts. Build rapport and trust with clients to ensure alignment and achieve project objectives.Standard Engagement Methodology Execution: Implement standard engagement methodology (SEM) in project execution. Apply frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma, RACI, stakeholder mapping, and ADKAR, to ensure successful project delivery and organizational change.Qualifications:Significant client-facing experience within the healthcare sector, preferably in operational or clinical roles.Demonstrated proficiency with consulting methodologies and tools, particularly in non-technology implementation contexts.Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders at all organizational levels.Familiarity with standard consulting engagement methodology or similar frameworks, with hands-on experience in consulting project management and improvement project execution.
