Pay Rate: $52,000.00 to $78,000.00/Yearly. Summary: A Surgical Technologist assists surgeons, nurses, and other surgical team members during surgical procedures. They are responsible for preparing the operating room, maintaining a sterile environment, and ensuring that surgical instruments and equipment are ready and properly handled throughout the procedure. Responsibilities: Prepare and sterilize the operating room, surgical instruments, and equipment before surgery. Ensure all necessary surgical supplies and instruments are available. Set up sterile drapes and surgical trays according to procedure requirements. ⁠Assist surgeons by passing instruments and supplies during procedures. Maintain a sterile field throughout the operation. Anticipate the surgeon’s needs to ensure smooth workflow during surgery. Requirements Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program, Minimum 1 year of experience as a Surgical Technologist, Must have Cardiovascular OR (CVOR) specialty experience, BLS Certification, Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
