Production Worker (Arvin - 2nd Shift)

If you're looking for meaningful work that makes an impact, this is your opportunity. We're seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Production Worker to work alongside our clients at a well-known warehouse in Arvin, CA.
In this role, you will work side by side with clients and a Job Coach in a warehouse production environment while assisting with daily tasks and maintaining a positive and supportive workplace.
Schedule
Tuesday through Saturday 3:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
What You'll Be Doing
Performing lumping and unloading tasks as products arrive
Hand palletizing goods according to warehouse standards
Assisting with production tasks alongside clients and team members
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Performing basic sanitation duties in work areas
Supporting daily workflow to help keep operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For
Someone who enjoys warehouse work and wants to make a positive impact
Experience in warehouse or production settings is strongly preferred
Background working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is a plus but not required
Must be 21 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
A valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Compensation
Competitive pay: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
