Our goal is to prepare students for the demands of tomorrow's economy, providing them with the opportunity for a choice-filled life.Role Overview: 3DE Case ExperienceThe 3DE Case Experience position focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of case-based instruction through comprehensive planning, tailored teaching methods, and fostering strong teacher-student relationships. Responsibilities include developing and delivering case launch experiences, collaborating with Launch Teachers to structure classrooms, and providing consistent support for student outcomes. The role also involves motivating Launch Teachers, supporting their development, and monitoring classroom effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.Core ResponsibilitiesCase Planning & Class EffectivenessReview cases to understand the industry partner, vision, and case scenarioImplement diverse teaching methods for student engagement and comprehensionDesign high-quality, customized case launch experiences and resource packages suited to each classroomTeach case launch lessons, demonstrate instructional strategies, foster debates, and promote student choiceTeacher Support & Student OutcomesAssist in preparing classrooms, developing deliverables, and adjusting plans based on student successLead planning meetings, encourage teacher certifications, and support innovation and mastery of case-based instructionMaintain productive relationships with Launch Teachers, track student success, and utilize feedback for continuous improvementDesired ExperienceEducationBachelor's degree required, Master's degree in a relevant field preferredInstructional ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of middle or high school classroom teaching experienceStrong understanding of Case-Method or Project-Based Learning instructional practicesProficient in instructional support or differentiation practicesRelationship BuildingProven track record of successful relationship building and management with a variety of key stakeholdersProficient in the Use of Technology & Written/Verbal CommunicationStrong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills with experience adapting style based on the needs and perspectives of audiencesProficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, E-learning technologies, etc.Job DetailsLocation: Atlanta, GAEmployment Type: Full-Time; School-BasedSalary Range: $75,000 - $80,000; commensurate with experienceReports To: Associate Vice President - Launch DevelopmentWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
