Job Title: QA Tester Location: Jackson, MS (Onsite)client: State of Mississippi - Health and Human ServicesJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of software applications supporting federal and state Health & Human Services programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in eligibility determination and benefit issuance systems.Requirements:Minimum 5+ years of experience in testing eligibility and benefit systems for Health & Human Services programsHands-on experience with at least one or more of the following programs:Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAPTemporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANFChild Care Assistance (CCChild Support Enforcement (CSEKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test casesPerform functional, regression, and performance testingIdentify, document, and track defects using standard toolsValidate eligibility determination and benefit issuance workflowsCollaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issuesEnsure applications meet business, functional, and technical requirementsParticipate in test planning, test data preparation, and test execution cycles
