Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Supply Chain Consultant, based in the Huntsville-Decatur-Albertville Area, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Supply Chain Consultant will analyze clients' supply chain processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend efficient strategies for optimal performance. Core responsibilities include managing demand planning efforts, supporting procurement optimization, advising on effective supply chain management, and implementing tailored solutions to meet client goals. This role also involves leveraging data analytics to provide actionable insights and improve decision-making for clients. Qualifications Proficiency in Demand Planning and Supply Chain ManagementStrong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and drive insightsExperience in Consulting and advising clients on process improvementsFamiliarity with Procurement processes and supplier relationship managementExcellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work both onsite and remotely with flexibility and productivityProficiency with supply chain software and tools; advanced Excel skillsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications like APICS or Six Sigma are a plus
