Jackpot Media | Digital Marketing & Content Strategy Internship ProgramAbout the Role:Jackpot Media is a fast growing creative agency and studio based in Tampa that specializes in commercial video production, branded content, and social first storytelling. We’re looking for a detail oriented, creative, and motivated intern to join our team this summer. This internship is perfect for someone who wants real hands-on experience in content creation, commercial production, and social media management.The internship is primarily remote, with the option to work from our Tampa studio at least once a week. You’ll also be expected to attend a virtual weekly meeting and hop into client calls when needed.Position Type: Part-Time InternshipStart Date: June 1st, 2026End Date: August 25, 2026Commitment: 25-30 hours per weekCompensation: Paid position ($15/hour) and eligible for school creditResponsibilities (Include but not limited to):Assist in developing and managing content calendars for Jackpot Media’s social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)Brainstorm and pitch post ideas that align with our brand and studio updates.Post and schedule content, engage with comments, and track engagement.Help with behind-the-scenes footage on photo/video production days.Occasionally assist on set during product shoots or commercial productions.Manage talent coordination before and during shootsJoin weekly meetings and occasional client calls.Maintain project task lists and status updates in NotionSupport pre-production (talent sourcing, prop planning, call sheets)Respond quickly to client questions or requests via email or NotionParticipate in brainstorms and creative ideation meetingsProvide general administrative and production support as neededIdeal Candidate Should:Be pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or Communications.Be organized and able to self-manage tasks with minimal supervision.Be comfortable learning new tools like Notion and using Google Drive to organize work and content.Be flexible and open to feedback.Have a strong interest in commercial production, branding, and storytelling.Be willing to work some weekends if a production falls on a Saturday or Sunday.Skills:Experience with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative SuiteComfortable shooting content on a phone and familiar with basic camera or lighting setup (preferred but not required)Strong written communication and copywriting skills for captions and social contentAbility to research trends and plan content backed by data and insightsCreative thinking and ability to pitch engaging content ideasBasic understanding of analytics and ability to use data to inform strategyOrganized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasksFamiliarity with project management tools like Notion (or willing to learn quickly)Comfortable working independently and taking initiativeAbility to collaborate with a team and communicate ideas clearlyWork Environment & ExpectationsPrimarily remote, with optional in-person studio work once a week (Tampa based candidates preferred)Weekly virtual team meeting requiredIntern must respond to messages in a timely manner during business hoursFlexible hours we respect your schedule and aim to give meaningful work, not busy workThis role is about growth our goal is for you to walk away more confident in production, strategy, and the creative process
