Job SummaryThe Senior Marketing Manager (Oncology/Solid Tumors) will support the development of U.S. marketing strategy and lead execution of key initiatives for a targeted solid tumor portfolio. This role drives brand planning, digital and omnichannel marketing, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives and enhance customer engagement. The position reports to the Director of Solid Tumor Marketing and plays a critical role in advancing current brands and future indication expansions.ResponsibilitiesSupport U.S. brand strategy, planning, and KPI developmentTranslate insights into actionable marketing recommendationsLead digital and omnichannel campaigns (web, email, paid media)Manage HCP media planning and external agency partnersTrack, analyze, and optimize campaign performanceEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory standardsCollaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, etc.)Support congress planning and executionLead projects and present insights to senior leadershipQualificationsBachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred5+ years in pharma/biotech/specialty healthcare; 2+ years in marketingExperience in oncology, solid tumors, or rare disease preferredProven digital marketing and campaign execution experienceExperience with tools like Veeva CRM or PromoMats a plusBoston-based with up to 25% travel
