Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role based in Delray Beach, FL for a Front Desk & Sales Associate. The associate will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing class and appointment bookings, processing payments, promoting memberships and packages, and maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming environment. Administrative tasks, assisting clients with questions, and contributing to the studio’s community-focused atmosphere will also be key aspects of this position. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills to welcome clients and address inquiries effectivelySales and marketing skills to promote memberships, classes, and spa packagesOrganizational abilities and experience with scheduling or booking systemsExperience or interest in yoga, wellness, or health-related fields is a plusAdaptability and a strong ability to work in a team-oriented environmentPrevious experience in a front desk, administration, or hospitality role is beneficialProficiency with computer systems, including email, scheduling software, and point-of-sale tools
