This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in construction estimating while gaining hands-on experience in cost analysis, project planning, and vendor coordination.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish within a fast-paced construction environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed and accurate cost estimates using estimating software such as Procore Assist in developing project budgets, timelines, and cost projections Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive bids Conduct site visits to gather necessary project information and support estimate accuracy Monitor project costs and assist in ensuring adherence to established budgets Review contracts and project documents to identify potential financial risks and cost-saving opportunities Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and internal teams to support successful project execution QualificationsStrong interest in or prior exposure to construction estimating or the construction industry Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) Strong negotiation and communication skills Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working with numbers, data, and cost analysis Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with estimating software such as Procore or similar platforms Exposure to public works or private sector construction projects This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and build a long-term career in construction estimating with a company that values development and hands-on learning.
