This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced financial environment supporting mission-critical applications. You'll help ensure system stability, troubleshoot real-time issues, and support business continuity in a high-impact setting.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and support production applications to ensure high availability and performanceTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in real-timeAnalyze system errors, logs, and performance metrics to identify root causesCollaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolutionProvide timely communication and updates to stakeholders during incidentsSupport deployment activities and ensure adherence to operational processesWork in a high-pressure environment with strict SLAs and quick turnaround times What We're Looking For3+ years of experience in Application/Production Support or similar rolesStrong experience with WebLogic (including WebLogic Portal) and/or IISWorking knowledge of Java-based applicationsExperience with web servers such as ApacheFamiliarity with monitoring tools like Splunk or Dynatrace (preferred)Exposure to job scheduling tools like Autosys (nice to have)Experience with Pega reporting (nice to have)Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment CompensationHourly Rate: $60.00 - $65.00 per hourThis range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.Benefits:The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, (paid time, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - AS Applicable)About UsAt Collabera, we don't just offer jobs-we build careers.
