Role Description This is a full-time remote position for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring that client needs are met through proactive communication and strategic planning. Responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact for clients, conducting account reviews, identifying opportunities for cost savings, addressing client inquiries, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of customized PBM services and solutions. The Account Manager will work to maintain long-term client satisfaction and actively identify opportunities for operational enhancements. Qualifications Account management experience and strong client relationship skillsProficiency in planning, organization, and multitaskingStrong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) services is a plusExperience in managing midmarket employer accounts is highly regardedProficiency with data analysis and the ability to provide data-driven solutionsBachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field preferredAbility to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervisionCommitment to exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
