This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed work, working with small components, and learning new skills in a clean production environment. No electronics experience is required. The right candidate will receive training.Requirements for the Electronics Assembler * High school diploma or GED preferred * Manufacturing, assembly, production, or electronics experience is helpful but not required * Ability to work with small parts and perform detailed, repetitive tasks * Basic ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and specifications * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team * Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety Electronics Assembler Responsibilities * Assemble electronic components and subassemblies according to work instructions and quality standards * Match, fit, and secure small parts using hand tools, air tools, and power tools * Perform functional and electrical testing using specialized equipment * Read and interpret diagrams, assembly instructions, and production documents * Identify and report quality concerns or assembly defects * Complete production records accurately * Cross-train in additional assembly areas as skills develop * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Pay, Schedule & Benefits * Starting pay of $17.10 per hour * Additional $1.00 per hour Perfect Attendance Incentive for eligible employees, allowing earnings up to $18.10 per hour* * Performance-based incentive opportunities * Day shift only * 4½-day work week * Early finish every Friday * Minimal mandatory overtime, with optional overtime available * Steady, year-round work with advancement opportunities *The Perfect Attendance Incentive is available to eligible employees who meet program requirements and is applied to all hours worked during the applicable pay period.
