This position is not Remote, we have multiple locations for all across for our Client.For our client, a leading healthcare organization in the USA, we are looking for aClinical Social WorkerSalary Range: $80,000 – $130,000 per annum + Bonus – Depending on experienceLocation: Location: United States - Multiple Locations ( New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Alabama, Virginia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Connecticut, California, Texas, Missouri, Tennessee, Kentucky, Nevada, Oregon, Minneapolis, Dakota (North & South), Washington, Arizona, Colorado, Utah)Your Responsibilities:Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify patient needs, mental health concerns, and support requirements. Provide evidence-based counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client’s emotional, social, and behavioral needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams including physicians, psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists. Assist patients in accessing community resources, support programs, and social services. Maintain accurate client documentation, progress notes, and case files in accordance with regulatory standards. Participate in crisis intervention, safety planning, and safeguarding procedures when necessary. Offer education and guidance to families and caregivers to promote ongoing well-being.Your Qualifications:Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification – active and valid state license. Experience providing therapy and case management services in clinical or healthcare settings. Strong knowledge of mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and social care coordination. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
