This role is ideal for both experienced professionals and early-career mechanical engineers interested in transitioning into procurement.Manage procurement activities for mechanical componentsCollaborate with engineering teams and global stakeholdersPerform data analysis and supplier evaluationUtilize internal procurement systems (training provided)Support and maintain relationships with international suppliers (up to 30% travel required)RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred), Business, Supply Chain, or a related field4+ years of combined experience in supply chain, purchasing, sourcing, engineering, or related functions within the machinery industry.Strong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with Power BI or similar data visualization toolsAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detailHigh level of accountability and ownershipExcellent communication and teamwork skillsMultilingual skills (German, Mandarin, or Spanish preferred)Strong interpersonal and collaboration skillsDetail-oriented, analytical, and team-focusedTravel: Up to 30% (international)
