Project Executive Project Executive - Industrial & Commercial Construction | Greensboro, NC A well-established and highly respected general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead large-scale commercial construction projects in the Greensboro market. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing project teams, driving financial performance, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining strong client relationships from preconstruction through closeout. Key Qualifications: 10+ years of commercial construction experience Proven success leading project managers, superintendents, and field teams Strong background in project financials, scheduling, safety, quality, and risk management Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field LEED credentials preferred What You'll Do: Provide executive oversight for multiple commercial construction projects Mentor and develop project teams while fostering a high-performance culture Drive project profitability, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency Support business development and strategic growth initiatives Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget Compensation: Base Salary: $175,000 - $210,000 Benefits Medical Vision Dental Company Truck PTO 401k Per Diem - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
