A company is looking for a Litigation Operations Assistant/Coordinator to support attorney-led litigation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and refine litigation campaign workflows, including quality control checks and docket monitoring
Translate project scopes into detailed execution instructions and coordinate across teams
Track deliverables and monitor performance thresholds while documenting workflows and identifying improvement opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Strong process execution skills with exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems and project management tools
Experience in legal operations, litigation support, or project management preferred but not required
