Primary Job Title: AI Activation Learning Experience DesignerLocation: Portsmouth, NHContract Details:Position Type: ContractPay Rate: $39.19 $39.20 / Hour (USD)Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.Job Summary: We are seeking two senior, AI native learning contractors to rapidly design and deliver enterprise learning for our Activate AI in Your Work (all employees) and AI Champions programs. These contractors must be hands on builders and thought partners not order takers. There is no ramp time available; candidates must be productive immediately.Key Responsibilities:Immediate Priority Learning TopicsDesign Workflow Innovation learning (turning scripts and decks into engaging, task level learning)Develop Data for AI fundamentals content (why data quality and behaviors matter for AI)Create SharePoint basics learning (sites, libraries, lists, workflows)Deliver Document & knowledge management best practices for AIExplain AI solution types (assist, augment, automate, agentic, autonomous) and match them to workflow painsHow the Contractors Are Expected to WorkCollaborate closely with the program lead and lead experience designer as a thought partnerBrainstorm how complex topics should be taught, not just what to teachImprove scripts for clarity, flow, and learning impactProactively suggest better learning formats (scenarios, micro learning, demos, job aids)Required Skills & Experience:AI & Workflow Fluency (Must Have)Actively uses AI (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) in daily workUnderstands AI in the context of real business workflowsCan explain AI concepts in plain, globally accessible languageLearning Design & Delivery (Must Have)Proven experience designing enterprise learning at scaleStrong at turning rough inputs into polished learning experiencesTools Hands On, Day One (Must Have)Microsoft 365 CopilotSharePointArticulate (Rise and/or Storyline)Udemy Business or similar LMSGeniallySAP based learning or HR platforms (SAP experience required)SAP Success FactorsWhat Good Looks LikeMinimal direction requiredHigh quality learning assets delivered quicklyStrong partnership with internal program and experience design leadsVendor Guidance: Please submit candidates who can clearly articulate:How they personally use AI in their workExamples of learning they co-designed (not just built)Experience delivering immediately in the tools listed aboveBenefits:Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the Client: We are a leading provider of data storage solutions, committed to innovation, sustainability, and employee development.
