Lifeguard and assist with the operation of the Villanova Pavilion Pool for special events and during Recreational Swim Hours. Duties and Responsibilities Scanning the pool Taking chemical readings Enforcing facility and University policies and procedures Opening the facility before scheduled events Acting as an on-site liaison for any needs our patrons or renters may have Closing and securing the facility at the conclusion of events Minimum Qualifications Must have current Lifeguarding and CPR/First Aid/AED certifications. Preferred Qualifications: Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours: Must be a strong enough swimmer to save an individual if needed. May be asked to carry or move objects of less than 50 lbs.
