This role is ideal for a clinician who values quality care, schedule flexibility, and the opportunity to be part of a growing clinic. Responsibilities Perform new-patient evaluations/examsDiagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitationsCreate a plan that sets a goal and completion dateEquip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises ; track progressProvide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of careExamine and evaluate new patientsEstablish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activityEstablish a plan goal and time framePrescribe intervention techniques and exercisesMeasure and track intervention effectivenessEducate the patient on continuing careRequired Skills Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)Active Texas Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)1–3+ years of outpatient experience preferredAble to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plansAbility to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCommitment to patient-centered, high-quality careAbility to work independently and adapt in a startup environmentInterest in balance and vestibular therapy preferred (not required)
