Scheduling Assistant
Responsibilities
Build and manage the care team schedule
Coordinate coverage for call-offs and open shifts
Record absences and time-off requests
Communicate schedule updates clearly and positively
Support teammates and nursing leadership
Continue providing direct resident care and/or medication passes
Gain valuable leadership and coordination experience
Qualifications
No experience necessary-- training will be provided
High school diploma or work equivalency required
Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language
Personal Care Assistant (PCA) experience preferred
Med Passer and/or Lead experience preferred
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) preferred
