Hematology/Oncology Physician

Dates: 3/1/26 - Ongoing Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call Beeper Call - With some consultation. Clinic Mon-Friday 8am to 4:30pm. Could have half day off during the week (Monday-Thursday and hospital call) EMR System: Epic Outpatient and Inpatient Admissions are Required Hospital is Stroke Certified Patients per Shift: 18-25 Beds in Department: less than 10 Rounding Patients: Assigned Trauma Level: 2 Support Staff: 5 RN's - 5 MA's - 5 PA/NP - 5 Office Staff Call Response Time Required: 15 Min Call Ratio: 1:3 Call Back: 10% Avg Call # Per 24 Hour: Phone Consults: 0-3 Patient Census: 15-23, nigh call census: 1-2 EMR System: Epic Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, BC or BE, Fellowship Hospital/Surgery Center privileges are required Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
