Chart closure within 72 hours Schedule = 18 PPD, minimum is 18 PPD Monday-Friday 8-5 Mix of peds/adults A decision is typically made within 7-14 days APC's with 3 years of experience in similar setting PAs must have CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate NPs must have Furnishing License with Schedules II Active DEA needed before start
