Field Relations Representative (1099 Contractor)Northwood Endodontics is seeking a professional, outgoing, and personable Field Relations Representative to support our outreach efforts through weekly visits to dental offices with which we have established relationships.This is a part-time 1099 independent contractor opportunity ideal for someone who is reliable, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable building professional relationships in a healthcare setting.ResponsibilitiesVisit approximately 50 dental offices weekly as part of a scheduled outreach routeDeliver appreciation gifts and marketing materials in a professional and engaging mannerBuild and maintain positive relationships with dental office teams and referral partnersRepresent the Northwood Endodontics brand with professionalism and consistencyUse provided brand messaging and talking points during office visitsTrack and confirm completed visits using a designated delivery appMaintain organized office notes and records, including contact information, office updates, and relevant feedback from visitsReview brand messaging expectations before beginning regular route completionScheduleApproximately 57 hours per completed weekly route (time may vary based on route efficiency)Tuesday through Thursday, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.Start Date: June 1, 2026Compensation$20/hour plus mileage reimbursementIndependent contractor is responsible for personal vehicle expensesRequirementsFluent in EnglishProfessional appearance and attire requiredStrong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skillsComfortable interacting with dental professionals and office staffReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseSelf-motivated and comfortable working independentlyOrganized, dependable, and punctualPrevious marketing, customer service, or healthcare office experience preferred but not requiredBenefitsMileage reimbursement
