Contract Support Administrator - Bradford⏰ Full-time | PermanentWPS are looking for a Contract Support Administrator to join our Facilities Management team, supporting the delivery of a first-class maintenance service for our Yorkshire Building Society contract in Bradford.This is a key role providing financial and administrative support, acting as a central link between the management team, site-based colleagues and the client, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the contract.The RoleReporting into the Account Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring effective contract administration, with a strong focus on financial control, reporting and procurement.You'll play a vital role in helping the team meet both client and WPS objectives, delivering a professional, responsive and well-organised service.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day financial administration for the contractRaise and process PPM and additional works invoices and creditsManage WIP, debt and accruals to keep the contract commercially cleanApprove vendor invoices and support vendor onboardingProcure parts, materials and subcontracted services via WFM and client systemsObtain pricing and support quote preparation as requiredCollate and produce management information, including monthly reports, KPIs and traffic light reportsAdminister holiday, overtime and related approvalsAttend contract forecasts when required and complete follow-up actionsSupport SHEQ compliance and maintain awareness of Health & Safety responsibilitiesProvide efficient administrative support to the account team and respond to ad-hoc requestsWhat We're Looking ForExperience & KnowledgeProven experience in a Contract Support Administrator or similar roleExperience working within Facilities Management or a maintenance environment is highly desirableSkillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisation, planning and time-management abilitiesConfident multitasker with the ability to prioritise effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office and contract / CAFM systems (Concept CAFM desirable)QualificationsNVQ / SVQ in Customer Services (Level 1–4) – desirable but not essentialBehavioursProfessional, calm and respectful communicatorTakes pride in delivering high-quality workCollaborative team player who cares about colleagues and outcomesOpen to change and continuous improvementResilient with the ability to maintain performance under pressureGiven the nature of this position, you will need to undergo a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at offer stage.
