In This Role You Will:Retrieve used screen racks from press areas and stage by reclaim room Layout film positive of artwork onto the designated screen Expose screens and apply Block-Out paste to the screens Laser engrave Pad Printing plates Perform quality control of the final created screens Trim screens of excess mesh Partner with all production staff to develop ideas to maintain and improve all levels of service Other duties as assigned. RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED Strong attention to detail Thrive in team environment Able to life 45 to 50 pounds Ability to stand 8 + hours a day
