Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer – Junior Level (W2) Location: Phoenix, AZ Duration: Contract (W2) Client: AmexRate: $45/hr on W2Job Description: We are seeking Junior Java Full Stack Developers for a W2 contract opportunity with our client Amex in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves working on modern web applications with a strong focus on both front-end (React.js) and back-end (Spring, Spring Boot microservices) technologies.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js for the front-end and Spring/Spring Boot microservices for the back-end.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, QA, and DevOps.Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Support integration, testing, and deployment activities.Required Skills & Qualifications:1–3 years of hands-on experience in Java full stack development.Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Experience in Spring and Spring Boot microservices development.Basic understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.Preferred:Prior experience with Amex projects is highly desirable.Knowledge of cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
