Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a cheerful, professional, and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone with a friendly phone presence, strong organizational skills, and comfort working with scheduling, documents, and reporting. The ideal candidate is upbeat, proactive, and enjoys being a reliable support resource for a team.This is a hybrid position with one of the following schedule options, Monday through Friday8:30 AM to 5 PM7:30 AM to 4 PM8 AM to 4:30 PMDuties include but are not limited to:Answering and directing incoming telephone calls with a professional and pleasant phone voiceScheduling meetings and managing conference room calendarsSorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mailCreating, editing, and finalizing documents including correspondence, memos, and flyersData entry and maintenance of Excel spreadsheetsCreating, tracking, and updating various reportsMaintaining office supply inventory and placing orders as neededFiling and archiving physical and electronic recordsSupporting general administrative tasks and additional duties as assigned QualificationsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf motivated, flexible, and proactive approach to tasksAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to multitask and manage multiple requests efficientlyComfortable using Microsoft TeamsExperience with Adobe Sign is preferredHigh school diploma or GEDExcellent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and TeamsChoose 1st Choice — we care about our people, offer great benefits, and create real opportunities to grow.
