The Insurance Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting and obtaining suitable insurance policies, providing advice based on individual needs, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include offering financial insights, working with insurance brokerage processes, and meeting sales targets through proactive efforts such as outreach and building client relationships. Qualifications Proficiency in Insurance Sales and knowledge of Insurance products and servicesExperience in Insurance Brokerage and basic Finance principlesStrong Customer Service skills, including active listening and effective communicationAbility to work independently and efficiently in a remote environmentProblem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards meeting client needsState insurance licensure (or willingness to obtain) is requiredExperience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatoryHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or degrees in related fields are a plus
