As a modern entrepreneurial organisation, we are looking for people who want to shape the future together with us.We are expanding our international footprint and seeking an experienced and technically grounded:Global Head of Sales – Metallurgical ApplicationsTo build and lead our global sales platform for metallurgical applications across ferrous and non-ferrous industries, fully integrated within the Bathco ecosystem. This role requires a leader who combines managerial capability with deep metallurgical understanding and hands‐on experience in primary production of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.You will define the commercial strategy, drive global sales performance, cultivate and strengthen relationships with major producers, and ensure our solutions deliver tangible, measurable value across complex industrial processes. With full P&L responsibility, you will possess a sharp understanding of the key drivers that shape commercial outcomes.Your Responsibilities:Develop and execute the global commercial strategy for metallurgical applications within the Bathco GroupBuild and lead our international sales platform across ferrous and non-ferrous industries, driving sustainable growth and profitabilityOversee forecasting, pricing, contract negotiations, and commercial performance managementExpand into new market segments and application areas, creatively shaping business development beyond the current portfolioEstablish and maintain senior relationships with smelters, steelmakers, refiners, and key technical decision‐makersTranslate metallurgical process challenges into commercial opportunities in close collaboration with R&D and product teamsLead and develop global sales and technical teams, fostering performance, technical credibility, and cross‐regional alignmentEnsure strong integration with Bathco's broader ecosystem, leveraging cross‐selling and group capabilitiesOversee forecasting, pricing strategy, and commercial performance managementSkills and Experience you bring along:Bachelor's or master's degree in metallurgy, materials science, chemistry, or a related engineering disciplineDeep hands‐on experience in metallurgical process environments (steelmaking, Aluminium smelting, ferroalloys, casting, refining, or related high‐temperature processes)Proven track record managing complex technical sales cycles in industrial environmentsExperience building or scaling international sales organisations, ideally from early‐stage or niche positionsDemonstrated success entering new markets and launching technical productsStrong managerial experience leading multicultural, geographically dispersed teamsAbility to translate metallurgical process insight into commercial strategy and customer valueWillingness to travel globally and maintain close engagement with customers and production sitesCuriosity and creativity in your approachWhat we offer:A modern and dynamic work environment within a fast‐growing global group.An entrepreneurial culture with significant room for development and ownership.High degree of autonomy in shaping processes and decisions.An international team, modern office infrastructure in Zurich, and flexible working options.Bathco Group is proud to be an equal opportunities employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
