Responsibilities / TasksComplex Custom Packages, Heat Exchangers and VesselsPerforms all operations in the manufacture of custom packages, heat exchangers and vessels to required specifications and budgets.Assembles and welds sub assembly parts Welds internal and external parts Assembles and welds water boxes Sub arc tube sheets Welds tube to tubesheet Installs package components Assembles weld and installs system pipingAssist in training less experienced employeesPerforms other duties as assigned.Required Skills/AbilitiesPipe welding (Ability to qualify in a 6G test for Mig, Pulse and Tig)Blueprint readingFabrication skills (Cutting and fitting)Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.May be required to work extended hours which may include weekends and holidays.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Sufficient hand, arm and finger dexterity to operate tools and/or machineryYour Profile / QualificationsEducation and Experience:High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required.Certified Vocational Degrees PreferredMinimum Experience: 3+ years experience in lieu of vocational degree/certificate in structural / pipe welding.Basic math skillsBasic blueprint readingBasic fabrication skillsComprehension of safety rulesSit, stand, reach, walk for periods of time on concrete surface.Ability to lift / carry 50 lbs.Sufficient hand, arm and finger dexterity to operate tools and or machinery.Did we spark your interest?Then please click apply above to access our guided application process.
