Effective delivery ofstudent-focused instruction both in the classroom and via online coursework is expected,as is continuous professional improvement and accessibility/interaction with students.Percentage Of Time 55 Responsibility / Duty30% Scholarly Activity: Successfully publish peer-reviewed journal articles and conferenceproceedings to maintain academic qualifications.Percentage Of Time 30 Responsibility / Duty15% Service to Dept., College, University, and Community: Participate in student advising,institutional committees, and campus/community/professional activities. Participate in program reviews; participate in student recruitment and retention.
