Finance & Integration Consultant

Engagement Type: 1099 ContractLocation: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)Environment: Fortune 500The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated Finance & Integration Consultant to drive high-level accounting functions for a Fortune 500 client. As a 1099 consultant, you will step into a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of critical financial processes while taking a leading part in change management initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead acquisition and integration duties for large transactions (+$1Bn) as required by the client.Support the compilation, preparation, and audit of complex Financial Statements.Ensure rigorous compliance and proficiency with IFRS and SOX standards.Leverage advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, to analyze financial data.Act as a key driver in change management , building strong relationships with clients, internal management, and peers.What You BringExperience: 4+ years of experience at a Big 4 audit/consulting firm (EY, PwC, Deloitte, and/or KPMG), OR robust external audit and corporate accounting/finance experience at a large public firm with a proven track record of growth.Education & Credentials: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance is required. A CPA is strongly preferred.Technical Acumen: Excellent technical, analytical, and auditing capabilities , combined with strong investigation and management capabilities.The Right Mindset: You are a passionate, confident, and knowledgeable self-starter.
