Foreman – Court Surfacing Team ATE Recreation | Full-Time | Independence, MN ATE Recreation is seeking a driven Foreman to lead a court surfacing team, delivering premium athletic surfaces for tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. In this hands-on role, you'll oversee a team of 2-3 installers, ensuring efficient work while maintaining our high standards. Position Overview- As Foreman, you will lead a small team of 2–3 installers responsible for completing professional court surfacing projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee projects from start to finish, from loading materials at the shop to managing on-site installation and ensuring a high-quality finished product. You will also serve as the primary on-site representative for ATE Recreation, communicating with customers and coordinating with company leadership to ensure projects run smoothly. What We're Looking For- We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals with experience in construction or related fields who take pride in delivering quality work. Ideal candidates will have: · Experience in construction, painting, landscaping, or similar hands-on trades (job specific training will be provided) · Strong work ethic and attention to detail· Leadership ability and comfort directing a small team · Clear communication skills when interacting with customers and teammates · Willingness to work 40–60 hours per week during the season (Overtime Pay Applies) · Clean driving record · Positive attitude and team-first mindset · This position involves working outdoors on asphalt in the summer, so you’ll need to handle heat well and be able to keep up a steady pace even on hot days. · Ability to perform repetitive tasks (lifting, bending, reaching, or standing) for up to 8-12 hours a day Why Join ATE Recreation- ATE Recreation is a family-owned and operated company experiencing rapid growth.
