Our associates are empowered to chase their career dreams while being supported every step of the way.A Day in the Life of a Compliance AnalystSupports the Western & Southern Financial Group (W&SFG) insurance companies and Shared Services Units in meeting insurance and certain federal regulatory compliance requirements. Provides support to BUs and SSUs on regulatory requirements. Maintains accurate records related to compliance reviews. Interacts with regulatory agencies or industry groups, as needed.Duties & Responsibilities:Responsible for helping to maintain a robust compliance program, ensuring adherence to applicable federal and state regulations, industry standards and company policies. This role will specifically support compliance responsibilities within product filing.Submit product and regulatory filings to the State Departments of Insurance (DOI), including rate filings, advertising, and various periodic and annual reporting requirementsActively support product development efforts by gaining a full understanding of new products assigned, including product features, filing requirements, state variations, form requirements, marketing strategy and target marketsRegularly collaborates with customers, including BUs, SSUs and Law, to identify concerns and issues, escalating as appropriate to management and stakeholders.Qualification CriteriaBachelor's Degree Or equivalent experience.Typically requires up to two years of related experience.Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple projects/assignments simultaneously and completing assigned tasks accurately and on a timely basis.Proven consistently strong client relationship skills while working with multiple BU/SSU associates.Demonstrated knowledge of the life insurance industry to include products, distribution channels and basic understanding of regulations and regulatory environments.Premier Benefits to Support YouWe offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.401(k) savings plan with pension options.Paid time off increasing with tenure.Tuition reimbursement and individualized career development plans.Parental leave and maternity leave with a 4-week transition back to work.Access to on-site amenities like a fitness center, cafeteria and more.Extensive employee discount program.Western & Southern is not just a place to work—it’s somewhere to grow, lead, win and make a difference in your career and community.
