Supply Chain Quality Assurance Team Member

Essential Functions:Ensures customer orders are fulfilled per quality guidelines performing inspections of products prior to delivery to customers and documenting results in accordance with established proceduresEnsures products meet the highest standards of quality and customer expectations met, if not exceededResearches and resolves inventory discrepanciesResearches and resolves cancelled picks, picks on hold, and other applicable dutiesResearches and monitors Flatbed Fulfillment Center (FFC) shrink daily providing key information to FFC Operations Support SupervisorCommunicates compliance issues to FFC Operations Support SupervisorReports WMS issues impacting day-to-day operations and optimization troubleshooting and providing support to resolve issues in a timely mannerAudits processes across the facility ensuring correct processes are utilized, recording inaccuracies, and providing information to the FFC Operations Support SupervisorConducts audits on shipments and warehouse cycle schedulesWorks closely with supervisors and associates to correct errorsDelivers coaching and feedback to team members related to quality performance and safe behaviorsIdentifies and resolves any safety issues on the floor and notifies the appropriate party for resolution if necessaryPerforms other quality assurance job duties as assignedMinimum Requirements:High School or GED2 years’ experience in quality assurance and distribution center operationsBasic math and reading comprehension skillsBasic computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExperience with software applications such as Excel, Access, and WMSExperience using troubleshooting processes to resolve problemsPreferences: Experience managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously requiring a strong ability to prioritize and manage timePay Range: $22.10 - $28.45 per hourStarting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
