Core program Site operations Supervisor
- Program Supervisor will work closely with the Program Director
- Serve as a positive role model and establish meaningful relationships that will encourage and motivate youth participation.
- Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
Duties and Responsibilities
- oversee daily operations at all sites, conduct regular program site visits including programmatic observations.
- Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Ensure that programs at all sites meet Youth Code Now program quality expectations.
- Oversee instructors’ arrival time, performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful.
- Write brief programmatic reports, provide program highlights and make recommendations based on findings.
- By working closely with the Program Director address quality and logistical issues with instructors.
- Assist in recruiting and hiring of program instructors.
- Attend staff meetings.
- Maintain a positive attitude toward co-workers.
- Report any problems.
- Maintain program database ensuring the completion of all program observations, impact statements, and instructor performance reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
Monday thru Friday from 2: 00 pm to 6:00 pm
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, public health)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management or supervision
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
