From training to advancement opportunities, we invest in your future.Rewarding Work : Enjoy a competitive salary and generous commissions in a performance-driven environment where your success is celebrated.Responsibilities:Learns and utilizes all company and manufacture provided software including but not limited to the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, vehicle appraisal system, and service drive opportunities.Prospects for new and current clientsExecutes individual business plans in order to build business relationships and grow salesMaintains a working knowledge of purchases, leases and F&I productsUnderstands all current new car and pre-owned manufacture and captive lender programs and ratesVerifies insurance adds new vehicle to insurance policy and completes paperworkProtects the company from potential export transactions and any potential fraud scenariosAssists in the collection of cash/credit related to client deposits and "cash down"Accountable for helping in the sale of F&I productsFully prepares for each client appointment and logs appointments in CRM systemGreets prospective and repeat clients on the service drive and analyzes their position towards buying another vehicleWorks in partnership with the F&I Team and accounting team to resolve any outstanding contracts or incomplete dealsFollows up with clients and prospective clients in a timely fashionIs fully dedicated to a team concept and will assist others for the greater good of the departmentAccountable for departmental performance and manufacture standards, including but not limited to; safety equipment activation, technology usage requirements, "Customer Service Index", "Gross Average", "Finance & Lease" and vehicles soldHas proper knowledge of vehicles and current market trendsMeets/Exceeds Land Rover Jaguar Dallas and manufacture training and certification plans and standardsUnderstands and adheres to the Land Rover Jaguar Sales ProcessKnows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfactionKnows and understands the Land Rover Jaguar Dallas Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adhere to the requirementsReads and understands all company policies and proceduresAttends weekly department meetings at 10:00 am dailyOther duties as assignedBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid holidays & paid time offVision insuranceEarn vacation hours after 90 daysAggressive Employee Referral Program
