Sr. TPV Process Development Engineer
Overview
In this role you will own optical thin-film processes to advance thermophotovoltaic performance. You will combine hands-on cleanroom work with optical design and device modeling to guide the efficiency roadmap. You’ll design experiments, validate solutions in fabrication, and translate gains into device improvements. The position sits at the intersection of process development, modeling, and metrology within a mission-driven team focused on affordable, clean energy. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact.
