Job DetailsDescriptionHOURLY – Hourly NorthFull/Part TimeFull TimeReports ToWarehouse General Manager - NightsPosition SummaryThe Warehouse Production Associate is responsible for supporting nightly warehouse production.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesAssist with warehouse production activities, including repacking, labeling and monitoring conveyors.Basic troubleshooting of operations.Communicate inventory shortages, damages, or operational concerns to supervisors.Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet nightly operational goals.Perform other warehouse or production-related duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous warehouse, production, or distribution experience preferred.Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Dependable attendance and punctuality required.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.Basic math and counting skills.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and move cases weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and lift for extended periods of time.Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and machinery.Work EnvironmentThis position works in a warehouse and production environment involving frequent movement of alcoholic beverage products, powered industrial equipment, and shipping materials. Appropriate safety equipment and procedures must be followed at all times.ScheduleFull-time position. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on operational needs.
