Accounting Supervisor

CR Fletcher is seeking an Accounting Supervisor for a client company. New role for a growing company with multiple business units. The Accounting Supervisor will have day-to-day responsibility for the accounting department while leading a team. Responsibilities include:Oversee and supervise all accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely invoicing, reconciliations, deposits, and monthly financial reporting. Lead, train, and develop accounting staff by setting performance expectations, conducting reviews, coordinating team meetings, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Manage billing, collections, and client account issues, including delinquency resolution, and payment plans, while delivering strong internal and external customer service. Establish, maintain, and monitor accounting procedures and internal controls; support audits and ensure adherence to required compliance and training programs. Utilize strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and technology skills to improve processes, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs in a regulated environment. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Minimum five years' experience with at least two years of supervisory/leadership experience of an accounting department Excellent technical and organizational skills Strong customer service and communication skills Onsite role.
