This position focuses on outreach, policy renewals, and relationship maintenance.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with existing customers regarding renewals and coverage options.Review accounts and assist with updates or changes as needed.Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.Collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives.QualificationsStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and listening skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience.Previous experience in customer service or account management preferred.Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.Compensation: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearSeeking Currently Licensed Applicants OnlyWe are a very busy office and are looking for our next great team member.
