Minimum 3 years of HVAC industry experience 1 year of experience in a sales leadership or management role Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and services Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM platforms is a plus Ability to lead, coach, and develop a sales-focused team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies as needed Ability to work in a results-driven environment Valid drivers license ALLRED is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
