And this way finds its answers in our daily actions.Role DescriptionTo provide high quality, efficient, and timely assistance to customers on company products through maintenance, repair, and technical support activities, ensuring maximum efficiency of the solutions provided to customers; duties to be carried out at either customer or company locations.Responsibilities Perform first-level technical interventions on devices, both on-site and at customer locations Carry out repairs and functional checks on devices in accordance with written instructions, diagrams, service manuals and in accordance with company requirements. Work with, maintain, and manage service kits, inclusive of hand tools and power tools Provide legible, complete, and accurate documentation upon completion of work ordersSkillsMust have excellent customer relations skills including the ability to adjust in rapidly changing situations Must work and interact effectively and professionally with internal stakeholders and external customers Knowledge of principles of electronics and mechanics applied to electromechanical or industrial equipment Use of measuring instruments and diagnostic software Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and technical drawingsEducation / Background Technical diploma (biomedical equipment technician, electronics, information technology, or similar technical related field) 4–5 years of experience in similar roles
