Data Analyst
What You’ll DoConfidential Client is hiring a Growth Data Analyst to provide cross-functional analytical support to Development, Commercial/Sales, and Operations teams. You will lead depot/site suitability and network analysis, own energy and utility rate analyses, support commercial analytics for customer acquisition, and build internal operations reporting.Lead depot site suitability analysis and scoring to support expansion and portfolio decisions.Use GIS tools, AI-assisted coding, and public/private datasets to design and optimize depot networks across Heavy‑Duty (HD), Medium‑Duty (MD), Light‑Duty (LD), and Autonomous Vehicle (AV) segments.Analyze shipper/BCO data and trucking routes to identify high-density corridors and ideal depot locations.Build data-driven location strategies and maintain market knowledge relevant to real estate/infrastructure development.Track and analyze energy and utility tariffs across markets; build and maintain a centralized tariff database with standardized methodologies and quarterly updates.Conduct end-to-end tariff and rate structure analysis; engage with utilities, regulators, and market participants as needed.Provide sales and market analytics to identify prospective customers, map routes, and build top‑of‑funnel pipelines using external market intelligence.Develop dashboards and KPIs for Commercial and Sales (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) and prepare metrics for investor communications (TAM, fleet size, utilization).Bring operations analytics in‑house: design dashboards, reporting systems, and performance-tracking tools to surface utilization and operational efficiency insights.Run simulations and models to evaluate route, customer, and network scenarios that inform decision-making.QualificationsRecent graduate or 1–2 years relevant experience in analytics, real estate/infrastructure markets, or related fields.Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, real estate, or related discipline.Practical experience with GIS tools and spatial analysis.Strong quantitative and modeling skills; experience running data-driven simulations is preferred.Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
