They serve our community with administrative duties and provide above and beyond service that promotes CCMC’s core values.What You’ll AccomplishProvides administrative support to community staffGreeting and assisting guests, answering phones, and directing callsMaintaining membership files, association website and homeowner portalEnsuring vendor insurance and W-9 files are current and organizedFulfilling resident information requestsAssisting with the preparation and coordination of mailings and other important correspondenceMaintaining warranty information for office equipment, telephones, and computers Monitoring the supply of important documents including: new homeowner packets, architectural forms, traffic and safety forms, etc.Assisting with community meetings and activities as requiredMaintaining a clean and inviting environmentWhat We’re Looking ForExperience with HOA operations preferredA dynamic individual with a strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Outgoing with a professional personalityMust work well independently and within a groupExcellent people skills, with a commitment to customer service Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writingComputer skills that include a strong working knowledge of MS Office programs Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include:Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.Driving: Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions.
