Fence Installer

Seeking experienced Fence Installers to build and repair fencing on pipeline construction and environmental projects in the PA/OH/WV area. Our installers play a key role in ensuring every fence is built securely, level, and in compliance with Frontier’s safety and quality standards.What You’ll GetCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceConsistent, year-round work across multiple job sitesA strong safety culture and team-focused environmentResponsibilitiesMeasure, mark, and layout fence lines according to drawings or site plansDig and set posts using concrete and other materials as requiredInstall wood, chain-link, livestock, and agricultural fencingOperate and maintain hand tools and power tools safelyWork collaboratively with the crew and foreman to meet production schedulesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe job siteCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team membersRequirementsMinimum 1 year of fencing or outdoor construction experienceAbility to perform physical labor and work in all weather conditionsReliable transportation and a valid driver’s licenseAbility to read measurements and use levels accuratelyStrong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitudePreferred QualificationsExperience leading or assisting a fence installation crewBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredBackground in construction, landscaping, or site restorationEquipment operation experience (augers, skid steers, trenchers, etc.)Working ConditionsOutdoor work in all weather conditions and across all types of terrain, including uneven, sloped, and muddy surfaces. Exposure to typical construction noise and elements.
