Service Manager – Plumbing Operations Leadership Role

This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, holds high standards, and knows how to drive performance from a team of technicians. If you are organized, decisive, accountable, and bring years of real-world plumbing service (construction experience is a plus), this role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of field operations and make a measurable impact. What You’ll Be Responsible ForAs our Service Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day service operations, including:·        Leading, managing, and developing a team of plumbing service technicians ·        Maximizing productivity via scheduling, dispatch, routines, expectations, accountability, etc. ·        Ensuring all jobs (including 24/7 emergency service) are completed safely and efficiently ·        Supporting technicians with troubleshooting, field decisions, and escalations ·        Reviewing job documentation, labor, materials, and pricing for accuracy ·        Driving operational KPIs such as: o   Technician productivity o   Revenue performance o   Callback rates o   Job closeout accuracy ·        Conducting regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews ·        Performing job site visits to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction ·        Coordinating with Sales, Office Staff, and Ownership to ensure seamless operations ·        Maintaining readiness for facility and property management accounts Who We’re Looking ForWe are not looking for an average manager.
