Based in Grand Rapids, MI, we are dedicated to creating a sense of belonging and collaboration for all residents. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Grand Rapids, MI. The International Community Services role involves building relationships with diverse community members, organizing and facilitating outreach programs, and providing exceptional service to ensure a welcoming experience for all. This role includes working directly with individuals to meet their needs, developing initiatives to foster community integration, and collaborating with various stakeholders to build a more connected neighborhood. Qualifications Proficiency in Community Service and Community Outreach to establish and maintain meaningful connectionsStrong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to collaborate effectively with individuals and groupsExperience in Customer Service with a focus on fostering inclusivity and hospitalityAbility to engage with people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgroundsOrganizational skills and attention to detail in coordinating events and programsPrior experience in nonprofit or community-focused organizations is a plusFluency in multiple languages is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, or a related field preferred
